Discover our signature Silos at Goose Lake Lane, distinctive vacation homes for every kind of gathering, and Cliffside Resort—all part of the Zion Family Co. collection in beautiful East Zion. Rooted in rural Southern Utah. Family owned since 2008.
We’ve never been very interested in creating ordinary places to stay.
We love places with a little soul. Places shaped by the land, the people, and the stories that came before them. An old camper brought back to life. A silo turned into an unexpected retreat. A home tucked away where the stars are brighter, the roads are quieter, and adventure begins just outside the door.
We’re a family of builders, travelers, outdoor lovers, and entrepreneurs who believe some of the best memories happen when you venture a little beyond the familiar.
Southern Utah is home to us. Our roots here run deep, and we love sharing the landscapes, small towns, backroads, and wide-open spaces that make this corner of the West so remarkable.
That same love of place goes into every stay we create. We choose character over ordinary, thoughtful details over excess, and genuine hospitality over simply handing you a key.
We want you to feel cared for while you’re here—and inspired to get out and experience what’s around you.
Hike the trail. Take the backroad. Watch the sunset. Sit on the porch a little longer. Look up at the stars.
Come stay somewhere with a story. Then go home with a few of your own.
We are a Utah family running these homes ourselves. Booking direct means fewer fees, faster answers and a host who actually knows the property you are staying in.
Book straight through us and the money stays between you and the family who owns the home.
Call or email and you reach Betty or Jeremy, not a call centre queue.
East Zion on one side, Bryce Canyon on the other. Stay once, see both.
If a stay does not meet your expectations, we will make it right. That is the promise.
Set on generations-old Chamberlain farmland, The Silos at Goose Lake Lane were created on a piece of ground that has always been precious to our family—a peaceful place shaped by open fields, fresh water, and generations of memories. Here, two grain silos have been thoughtfully reimagined as intimate luxury retreats for two, intentionally designed for couples seeking something increasingly rare: true quiet, unhurried time together, and deep rest for the soul.
Water winds along both sides of the Silos, with freshwater ponds just beyond your door, bringing a beautiful rhythm of life to the property. Depending on the season, you may wake to geese on the water, catch a glimpse of newly hatched goslings, or slip into a little boat for a quiet moonlit ride across the pond.
Inside, a plush king bed waits in the loft, while the full bath was designed to feel like your own private spa. Step outside for a soak in the year-round outdoor tub, or climb to your second-story balcony—created especially for slow sunrises, glowing sunsets, and nights beneath a Southern Utah sky where the stars and Milky Way seem impossibly close.
Clean, modern and quietly luxurious, The Loft Silo was designed with a lighter, more contemporary feel. Its second-story balcony faces the morning light, making it our favorite Silo for sunrise views with the water and countryside waking up below. End the day beside your own private fire pit overlooking the ponds, then retreat inside for a peaceful night made for two.
A warm, character-rich retreat where old and new come together. The custom barnwood ceiling was crafted from a historic Chamberlain family barn, bringing a meaningful piece of our family’s story into the space. Step outside to your private fire pit and peaceful water views, then head upstairs as evening settles in—The Barn Silo has the best seat on the property for watching the canyon glow at sunset.

Five acres on Highway 89 with a pink and gray sandstone ledge at its back, sitting halfway between Zion and Bryce Canyon. Cliffside is the easy answer when you are traveling with your own rig, or when you want a cabin that puts both parks within reach without booking two separate stops.

Tiny homes, A-frames and container cabins set at the back of the property, away from the highway and tucked in against the ledge. Private, characterful, and a short walk from everything on site.
Ten gravel sites with full hookups, including 30 and 50 amp power, water and sewer. Pull-thru and big-rig friendly up to 60 feet, with a fire ring and picnic table at every site.

Eight homes between Glendale and Orderville, from a studio for two to lodges that sleep fifteen and sixteen. Different sizes, different corners of the canyon, one family looking after every one of them.
Whatever shape your trip is, two of you on a quiet week or three generations under one roof, there is a door here that fits.
One bedroom and one bath at the smallest, six bedrooms and four and a half baths at the largest. Eight homes in all, so the size of your group stops being the problem.
Spread across Glendale and Orderville, with East Zion on one side and Bryce Canyon on the other. Wherever you land, both parks are an easy run out and back.
Every home in the collection is rated 5.0 by guests, across 25 reviews. Not one of them sits below it.

Two silos, built for two guests each. That is the entire capacity of Goose Lake Lane. On any given night there are at most four people on the property, and two of them are you.
Both sit in the quiet of Lydia’s Canyon, with East Zion on one side and Bryce Canyon on the other. One base, two national parks, and nobody else on the lane.
One bedroom and one bath in each silo, with room for two guests. These are couples’ retreats, not family houses.
Book a single silo, or both together and the lane is yours. The Barn Silo and The Loft Silo sit on the same quiet stretch.
